Returns & Repairs

At Diamension, every piece is crafted with precision and care. While we hope you love your jewellery, we understand that sometimes adjustments may be needed.

• Returns are accepted within 7 working days from the date of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
• The original invoice must be included.
• The jewellery tag must remain intact and attached.
• The diamond certification must be returned along with the jewellery.
• Items that are worn, damaged, or altered will not be eligible for return
